Not exactly. One of the two of those teams will come in, which is why they are bracketed. It's quite possible that Sea Lane won't lose a Cup match before we are ready to start our competition. Of course, that's also true for a number of B-Cup teams, so we'll just have to see how it goes.
I, obviously, no longer have that problem.

Looks like the US teams are dropping like flies in their cup. Viva Europa! ;)
