Who decides the final standigs? We seem to have had misunderstandings leading to matches not being played and Hattrick joining in so that you can't play matches. Who came where?

OK, I now think this is a correct listing. It may be too late to schedule some of these anyway, but oh well. No worries. We shall worry about seeding later. I would also like to point out that the last two champions of this competition are playing in the *last place* DLI match this year.
